We offer a 100%, no questions asked money back guarantee for the first month of any subscription. If you subscribe to Toothcrush, try our brushes, and conclude they're not for you - simply contact us at support@toothcrush.com and we will cancel your subscription and refund the price you paid.

This refund can only be used once per customer. Future subscriptions do not qualify for a refund except where required by law.

All refund requests that meet the above criteria will be actioned immediately and paid within 3 working days.

Beyond this first month, we do not offer refunds (or partial refunds). Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time, in which case their annual subscription will not roll over into a subsequent year and they will not be charged again.

In the unlikely case of faulty product, we are happy to provide subscribers a replacement brush free of charge.
